Although the primary goal of WIC is to provide participants with nutrition education and supplemental food, our secondary goal is to ensure you have all of your needed resources within reach. Many of our participants have found these additional WIC resources helpful.

When you are seen through the health services programs at Healthfirst, there is certain information that we gather from you, to help us provide you with the care you need. The following forms can be filled out ahead of time or at your appointment.
At Healthfirst we understand that everyone is at a different point in their life. In order to accommodate our clients, we accept several payment options including private insurance, Medicaid, Badgercare, and Family Planning Only Services. We also offer an income based sliding fee scale. If none of these option fit your situation, please call and our staff will work to help you obtain the resources you need.
